I live in the US & and I was wondering if you had any of your DVDs in English? I am reading TigerFeeling. Such a great book on learning to connect to the levator ani. My hips are uneven, tight hip flexors, and tight back. Sure other body issues, also. Doing the beginning exercises in the book.
