thank you for the answer. Yes, I have read instructions and watched the welcome video but somehow I missed this piece of info. But I must admit, my English is not so great and sometimes I have problem with listening comprehension.
In any case, I have now started with week one and I just love those exercises, although I am not able to perform them all correctly. Well, it needs just practice and practice.. yes, and incorporating those exercise into everyday life, that cannot be wrong.

Please check the introduction video and/or read the instructions and explanations: Week 6 is the combination of all five programs and shows you how you can combine the exercises in order to make new and interesting combinations.

Hi, I bought the online program a few days ago and went through all those videos briefly.
I cannot see video for week 6. Will it be available after finishing the week 5?
