Dear Caro

There are many exercises in sitting position, either on a stool or cross-legged. And there are exercixe groups kneeling or standing.

You will soon learn, that not the lying position itself causes your vertigo, but the way you used to recline. The erect vertebra stabilizes body and brain. Learning how to lie body-friendly will improve your sleep, too.

Go for it. Your body will love it.

Regards, Benita

Dear Benita,

One last question.

Are most of the pelvic floor exercises done in a lying down position on the floor?
I have positional vertigo and get very dizzy when I am on the floor doing any exercises.
Please let me know.

Caro

Subject which exercises should I do for a prolapsed Bladder

I am a female age 69 in generally good health. I had a hysterectomy at age 50 with the uterus removed. I have lived with a prolapsed bladder for approximately 19 years. Which exercise routine should I be doing to correct my prolapsed bladder? Do you have a CD\DVD or streaming video that I could look at in order to fully understand how these exercises are performed? I hope you can help me. You have come highly recommended from my chiropractor here in Massachusetts. Thanks, Caro
