Great. You'll be surprised how different CANTIENICA® body in evolution is compared to Callanetics. Incase you are overwhelmed or absolutely smashed: I will do a regular class in English, starting October 25th (unless Covid comes up with a new surprise). The details will be on our studio site next week. I'll keep you posted. You live in Sweden, so the time might for work: 8 pm.
I hope you'll have fun with the body evolution. And yes, I'm forever grateful I got to know Callan, she changed my life to an extend I couldn't imagine at the time. And I'm forever sad she died too young.
